Commercial Description:
Deep Cover Brown Ale is brewed in the tradition of the brown ales commonly enjoyed in the U.K. Despite its reddish-brown color, it is light bodied and slightly sweet, making it a very drinkable and refreshing brew. Dark caramel malts lend this ale its rich color, while toasted and Munich malts provide just enough body to be truly enjoyable.

Draft at Sunspot Restaurant in Knoxville. Dark amber color in the glass with a creamy off white head that mostly lasted and produce good lacing. Sweet malts in the nose and hints of fruit. Roasty, milk chocolate, and coffee flavor with hoppy hints. Medium body, sweet, and smooth.

A brown/amber pour with an aroma of sweet roasted malt. A nice sweet malty flavor and just a slight hint of bitter. A nice smooth medium bodied palate. A beer I think I could drink many of, nice beer.

Orange to copper color with nice tan head. Aroma is sweet caramel malts. Flavor is a little one dimensional with sweet caramel maltiness. There’s also some pale malts and a hint of maybe citrus hops.

(Bottle) Pours a dark brown color with a tan head. Malty aroma. Flavor was a little more complex, with some light smoke, nut and molasses. Well balanced and quite drinkable. Good mouthfeel, and slightly below average carbonation. Not as bitter as a lot of Brown ales. A pleasant surprise!

Nice malty aroma....deep brown color. Flavor is mainly caramel malt, with hints of nut, biscuit and roasted malt. Subtle presence of hops.
