Vibrant head; yellow-orange with gold highlights. Starts off with a mouthfeel not unlike milk - cold, smooth, and soft. Becomes a little more carbonated in the middle. Finishes with a nice dose of flavor: some ’bread-dough’ maltiness, cookie, and a little hop bitterness. Aftertaste is enjoyable and lasting... rather bitter (nice). Although not over-the-top with charisma, it is a very well-balanced, easy-to-enjoy beer with enough flavor to satisfy just about anyone.
