| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Nov 10, 2007 On tap at the Vintage Estates, thanks Nuts. Very nice fresh cooked italian bread aroma. Big foamy head that gradually subsides. Clear brown iced tea colr. Taste is spicey smoke and roasty, surprised by the barbecue. Some malt alky impact. Very little carbonation. Alky smoked spice character builds thru the session. Tho alky is pronounced, the flavors of this beer keep it only peeking around the side. Finish is mild bitter medicine. This stuff sings a western smokey campfire song the whole time you are drinkin it. yobdoog (1441), Woodridge NY, New York, USA
