Bottle. Dingy golden body with a little bit of a head. Aromas of sweet bread dough and honey with a touch of grass. Flavors are grainy and sweet with a slighty dusty note. Honey flavors drive the aftertaste and then give way to grass. Decent enough, but just plain boring.

Odd meaty and yeasty aroma of clove and honey, rather like a glazed ham. Cloudy amber, thin head. Mild DMS, prominent clove, some orange notes, and decently hopped. Great hop finish. Decent beer, not very authentic, slightly tainted..

From By The Bottle in Vancouver, WA--Poured a golden-yellow cloudy wheat body with a healthy white frothy head. Nose of wheat, spice, and yeasty clove. Flavor was mildly sour, tart, with grainy mildly sweet texture. Fruity like a wit almost. Very nice hefe.

Bottle, aroma is quite wheat centric, fairly thin head espeically for a hefe. Slight sour notes in the taste plenty of cereal. Slightly sweet. A bit fruity. Not too bad but nothing impressive.

pour a cloudy golden-yellow with a small white head, bits of sediment floating around. smell is heavy on the wheat, some citrus, yeast, banana, slightly funky. taste is light on the wheat, bit on the watery side, bot of citrus, some clove to it also. overall the flavor is below average, and the aroma, appearance and palate is just ’okay’, there are much better hefes out there.

Poured from a bottle. Poured a slightly hazy gold color with a thin white head. Aroma of clove and some fruit. The flavor is wheaty clove with hints of banana and other subtle spices. Smooth, but a bit thin. Decent.

Pours a lightly hazy gold, medium head fades entirely. Clove aroma with faint lemon. Slightly thinnish on the finish, wheat malts with mostly clove esters accenting the flavor. Touch of banana. Not bad, but not a standout either.
