Bottle at Oliver Twist. Unclear yellow - white head. Wheat, orange, citrus, refreshingly flowery, mild mouthfeeling & finish.

Hazy orange, nose is plastic, cloves and bananas. Palate is smokey and tastes of banana. This is a good American-made hefe.

This is part of a beer club. Had only one bottle but was decent for the price. Poured great and had a nice finish. Would do again.

0.355 l bottle. Hazy orange color with small head. Grainy and very wheaty aroma with hints of pepper and mango. Dryish, very bready flavor with oily and rounded coriander like palate.

Bottle Pours a slightly hazy plae golden with a creamy white head. Thin silky lacing. Very light malt, slightly citrus and a tad of the german spicyness of the Bavarian style. Light and sweet flavors. A bit of honey, slightly bananaish and some lemon notes as well. Moderate carbonation and a light clean palatte. Not bad

9/10/07: Bottle.
Yellow wheat bodied with a small white head. Fresh aromas of yeast, bread dough with a touch of lemon and hints of orange peel. Flavor is of cool bread dough with spices (clove, coriander, nutmeg and pepper). Yeasty finish.

12 oz. bottle - pours hazy gold with almost no head; strong and smooth spice and fruit flavors meet nicely with the aromas; a decent hefe

355 ml, bottled 07-11-07. Medium sized head that lasts well on this cloudy golden beer. Nose is bubblegum, slight banana and clove. Flavor is a mix of citrus bubblegum, clove, bread with peppery yeast, and an aftertaste of spicy banana bubblegum. Slightly more citrus than I normally like in a hefe, but it somehow works in this one. Palate is light-medium and quite acidic and carbonation-tingly. Pretty good hefe.
