| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 10, 2007 355 ml, bottled 07-11-07. Medium sized head that lasts well on this cloudy golden beer. Nose is bubblegum, slight banana and clove. Flavor is a mix of citrus bubblegum, clove, bread with peppery yeast, and an aftertaste of spicy banana bubblegum. Slightly more citrus than I normally like in a hefe, but it somehow works in this one. Palate is light-medium and quite acidic and carbonation-tingly. Pretty good hefe.
