A huge abrruption of beer spraying and overflowing everywhere as soon as i cracked this beer open. Color is a ugly opaque orange with lot of sediment floating. Small soapy topping of foam. Aroma is decent with light spice and yeast found. Flavor has gone flat with minimum amount of qualities worth disecting under a tastebud microscope. Must have been a decent hef when it was fresh so ima give it the benefit of the doubt.

Bottle poured a cloudy golden amber with a large lasting white head. Aromas of banana, clove, and yeast. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of banana, clove, wheat and a bit of yeast with a smooth refreshing finish.

Hazy golden body with a small white head. Aroma is cloves, banana and some wheat. Lots of banana in this one with a nice spice undertone. Tasty and refreshing, made to the sytle.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Hazy golden with a creamy, white head. Aroma of yeast and banana. Medium-bodied with lots of great fruit esters - loads of banana and citrus. Dry, lightly sulphurous finish. This is a genuine Hefe and furthermore an excellent representative of the style. Proof that American brewers indeed can make decent wheat beers. 020406

Drinking from a bottle of Tabernash Weisse - Hazy yellow body with a modest white head. The aroma is bubblegum, banana, soft wheat malt, and a squirt of lemon. Medium bodied. The flavor is a lightly tart wheat with banana, and clove. Good warm weather brew.

In the free, tall Tabernash glass, on tap at the brewery, 4/13/06: Classical weizen. Banana-yeast with a bit o’ clove, maybe with a mandarin twist. Milky! Good draft for the hefeweizen fans. Very good.

Dark goldern foggy yellow body with a big froathy head. Very pretty. The aroma is week, you can smell some hops, but there is something else there.... The beer it self is pretty highly carbonated, and I’m not a fan of carbonation. However, the falvor is a smooth full bodied crispy wheat. There is a banana presence in the finish. Pretty tasty.

12oz pour a golden color. There is nice soapy head and massive amounts of carbonation in this beer. The flavor is clean great to pound on a hot day. Tastes almost like they used seltzer water to brew this one. Nice and refreshing.
