Hazy copper colour with thin off-white head. Fruity (mostly apple) aroma with sme yeast and winey notes. Flavour is also quite similar. Yeasty, malty, slightly wheaty, quite sour and a bit winey. Not very classic Hefeweizen.

Jul 5, 2009 Bottle. Pours bright orange with small head. Second pour brings the yeast and make it turbit. Odd, yeasty, fruity and wheaty aroma. Slightly sour. Oranges and some spices. Medium body, creamy with some sweetness. Tangy finish.

Jun 27, 2009 Bottle from my dad. Thanks! Aroma of banana and wheaties with some soft citrus as well. Pours hazy golden orange brown. Bananas in the flavor with more cereal grains, a touch metallic, with a crisp lightly lemon finish. I thought it could have used more carbonation, but not bad IMO.

Jun 26, 2009 Cloudy light orange with a white head that lasts about 15 seconds and leaves minimal lacing. A little banana, a little clove and a little bacon on the nose. Flavor is banana and clove with an off-flavor in the finish... slightly metallic. Medium-light body with moderate carbonation. I’ll take a Weihenstephaner Hefe over this one, thanks though.

Jun 20, 2009 Bottle. Poured slightly cloudy, head was minimal and white. Aroma was quite sweet and grainy. Flavor had a nice sweetness to it. Okay for a wheat.
