this was another pretty good hefe. Not as good as shells but still tasty. poured a pale yellow, a bit cloudy. Aroma was pleasing and slightly fruity. Taste had some banana, and some spice at the end. A well made hefe i woudl say. go grab some

Aug 30, 2008 Varies from whitish yellow at the bottom to a deep coppery orange as the yeast filters down through this brew. With a thin cover of white head, the coriander in the aroma really sticks out with a slight citrusy aroma coming through. A nice smooth wheat body is highlighted by the carbonation, a bit of banana and citrus hits the tongue again with a finish of coriander.

Aug 25, 2008 Consistently soft white head one-inch head settles nicely on an attractive orange-brown body--definitely unfilteredas apparent when swishing the bottle’s sediment...bright, soft wheat scents with a bit of fruit as well... clean, almost elusive in mouth and throat--not like a hefe... slighty effervescent and medium-bodied...smooth wheats abound and dominate...light malt and little hop to the glass...tickles the tongue in a playful manner... as hefes go, not outstanding but not flawed in any majorly detectable way either... a solid player in a Left Hand sampler....

Aug 23, 2008 thanks to mister joey moneyman for this free bonus ... some bubblegum, lemon, and banana ... i didn’t know the evil monkey liked Foghat...a simple beer for a summer beer ... refreshing ... it won’t win awards but it is drinkable with some people pleasing flavours... ok

Aug 22, 2008 Don’t thank me for this one BMAN! This is an insult to the style of Hefeweizen. Pours a cloudy yellow golden color with a small head that houdini’s within seconds. Nose is mostly fresh sweet corn in the husk. Very vegetal. Extremely toned down however. Taste is just weak spice, water and blah. Heavy carbonation in this one too. No thanks.

Aug 22, 2008 Drank thanks ilovedarkbeer. Not a hefe to my taste. Pours with a quickly going white head covering a slightly hazy golden body. Aroma is vegitale and a bit of clove. Taste is clove and not much else. Really fizzy and watery.
