(Bottled 04/25/07) Opaque orange with a very small, but lasting, white head. Very yeasty aroma with berries, ginger, and wheat. Fruity, witbier-spicy flavor with lots of orange-peel and coriander, plus some lime. Almost medium-bodied, refreshing palate despite the yeast. A hybrid wheat beer, somewhere between Hefeweizen and Witbier. Not bad, even when sampled over a year old.

Oct 5, 2008 Orange/golden with light haziness and massive white foamy head. Very nice clean sweet aroma of citrus and some floral. Fruity citrus, wheat, yeast, somewhat sweet but not really malty. Bright effervescence. Sweet finish. Not usually a big fan of wheat beers but I really liked this one.

Sep 22, 2008 Right out of the bottle it poured a dark orange color with about a 1/2" head. you can smell the wheat. The taste was wasn ot what i expected. very light on the taste. maybe if i was on a hayride i would drink some more

Sep 20, 2008 Hazy yellow with medium white head. Sweet aroma with yeasty and wheaty notes. Sweet flavour with yeast, fruity and wheat notes. Ends sweet.

Sep 15, 2008 Must’ve been a bad bottle, hmm... either way i thought it was weak. Poured a semi-cloudy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is faint of wheat, lemongrass and bananna. Taste is slightly watery, with a hint of sweetness in the finish.

does not count  Sep 9, 2008 12 oz bottle. Nice weizen. Not as flavorful as German wheat beers but pretty good. Very drinkable.
