Sep 2, 2009 12oz Bottle: Pours golden, hazy, with a very thick marshmallow white head. Aroma is very mild with fresh floral, almost soapy hops and a hint of caramelized malt. Flavour is initially sharp and bitter with little character, a toasty malted follow-up and bready finish. I think it benefits from the fact I’m extremely thirsty and it’s very refreshing, but all-in-all not a bad brew.

Aug 28, 2009 [bottle into a shaker] Pours a golden clear, head is a medium white that dissipates relatively quickly, but laces the glass nicely. Taste is not bad and is slightly bitter.

Aug 22, 2009 Clear orange, rich color. Hops and pine on the nose. Nice sweet hope flavor mixed with a dry finish. This is much better than expected and well done.

White head. Very hoppy aroma. Golden amber coloured with a pine fruit flavour. Some dryness in a crisp and slightly bitter lasting finish.

Aug 15, 2009 12oz bottle from Lukas Liquors. Pours clear orange with thick white head. Nice lacing. Aroma is hops, light citrus and caramel malts. Flavor is peppery hops, bready and caramel malts. Not that hoppy. Your average pale ale.

Aug 5, 2009 A huge, thick and fluffy head. Amber yellow/light orange. Immense carbonation. Sunny, bright and great. Thick collar of lace up top.
The smell is citrusy, grassy West Coast hops, spicy and bitter. Sharp pale malt, overpowered by strong hops. The aroma is just this side of an IPA.
Strong hop flavor, but this time balanced by bittersweet bready malts. More balanced than the aroma. Nice hoppy aftertaste. The malt takes on more of a toasted character as it warms up.
Medium silky feel; creamy. A nice, extra hoppy pale. Citrusy but balanced. Very nice and refreshing.

Aug 4, 2009 A 12 oz bottle. the beer has a faint hops smell. The beer poured a hazy yellow copper with a small fizzy head. The taste is mild hops with good carbonation, very easy to drink.

Aug 2, 2009 A pretty balanced beer. Starts of sweet and ends in a hoppy bitter finish. Very subtle not like most american beers of this style. Grassy hops mixed with caramel. A lovely combination of flavors. Really enjoyed this one would highly recommend.
