Commercial Description:
Jackman's American Pale Ale is brewed true to the style - medium-bodied, crisp and refreshing, with plenty of hop flavor and hop aroma. It's noticeable hop bitterness is contrasted by the spicy and floral characteristics of the highest quality hops grown in the U.S.

12oz bottle - Poured hazy golden color with small head with nice lacing on glass. Wow!! very nice hop aroma and taste is also nicely hopped and caramel sweet. This is the first beer Ihave had from Left Hand Brewing and I am impressed. This beer has such a fresh hop taste with a spicy hop lingering aftertaste.

Good color with a decent head that dissapates in a few minutes. Aroma of grain and light hops. Nice smooth flavor, well balanced and true to style. Decent beer.

Deep golden color with a frothy off white head. Fruity nose with floral hop notes. Pine and grapefruit in the flavor, with some toast. Caramel sweetness somewhere in the back, but the grapefruit rind finish dominates the taste. Pretty standard APA.

bottle. liquorloft tallahassee. nose is pine and citrus hops. taste was a well balanced mix of pine and earth hop flavors and mild malt. finish fades very fast but is of light bitter citrus. body is thin. well balanced except for the short finish.

Bottle. Medium gold pour with a modest off-white head. Wonderful pale ale aroma. Very malty with a touch of hops. Taste is less intense than the aroma but still very good. Slightly bitter malt flavor--subtle roast malt and a nice hoppy floral taste too. Finish is hoppy and floral; very smooth. This is a very good pale ale--underrated in my opinion.

I saw this beer on a tap at a bar in Florida but wasnt able to have it so I picked up a 12oz bottle from Case and Keg store in Boca Raton. The pour was nice-dark orange with some carbonation and a good head that stuck around and a nice smell of citrus hops. I enjoyed this beer with a steak on the grill and the taste was great. Smooth, but full of taste like I would expect from a good APA with some nice malty hints. The beer goes down easy with some nice carbonation and is relatively smooth with some decent lacing on the glass as it goes down. I would welcome trying this again so I could have more than one-I definitely wouldnt turn the chance down.

Hazy deep blond color. Some cereals aroma and flavor, some caramel, dryish, not very interesting.

Hazy light amber color; creamy head. Smells like the hair of a blonde Swedish girl, some malt and vanilla. Medium body structure, some malt flavor, correct bitterness, but without thrills. Atypical for an American Pale Ale.
