| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 20, 2007 The aroma has pine hops, caramel malt, and nuts. The appearance is amber with a nice head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is pretty good. I rather like this one. mansquito (838), Boston/Philadelphia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 15, 2007 Pours a straight up amber color with a slightly off-white head, which lasts. Hoppy aroma with some fruitiness imbued inside. Goes down pretty easy as a well balanaced combination of just the right amount of hops and malts. Not too bitter, not too malty just right smack in the middle. anders37 (4774), Malmö, Sweden
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 14, 2007 Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a longlasting off-white head. Fruity malty floral hoppy aroma. Sweet malty hoppy caramel flavor with nice grapefruit hints. Fruity malty and hoppy finish, with some bitterness in the aftertaste. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 9, 2007 This beer gets the dreaded "3.1". Not bad and would buy again, but nothing that stands out from the pack. Aroma was nice...mostly malt with some earthy hops. Pour was a decent light amber with a 1 finger off white head. Taste was grassy hops with a strong malt backbone that evens this beer out. Both flavors are a tad on the weak end so neither dominate, yet neither impress. ilikestuff (222), Fort Worth, Texas, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Aug 7, 2007 A good hoppy pale ale, just how I like ’em. Pours a hazy orangish golden color with minimal head that sticks around the whole time. Has a big hop profile and is very crisp and refreshing. A great anytime ale, if you like hops. | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Aug 5, 2007 Pours a hazy orange color with light off-white head. Aroma is light citrus, caramel and some odd vegetable notes. Taste is the same with the same veggie-esque taste making this beer very mediocre. fishingnet (1047), Brandon, Florida, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 2, 2007 Pours a clear copper with a small but lasting white head that leaves some lacing. Light aroma of citrus & floral hops, and sweet malt. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness. A light easy to drink APA. CheersMate1 (811), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 30, 2007 Decent hoppy aroma. Nothing special, but I do love the smell of hops so I must give the beer some credit. A decent orange haze color, a pretty boring beer so far if you ask me. Pretty hoppy, but somewhat watered down. This is a weird tasting A.P.A. A somewhat sweet aftertaste. I can taste the hops, but something is missing. What is it? The A.P.A is decent, but trying this once has been enough for me. The beer is smooth, but not one of my favorite pale ales.
