| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jun 23, 2007 This beer poured a dirty blonde color, with a haziness that made me suspect that I wouldn’t enjoy this beer too much. Aroma was malty, and flavor was a sweet maltiness with only a hint of hops. This wasn’t what I was expecting from an American Pale Ale, and I really didn’t enjoy it. I may have gotten an old beer, but there is no date code on this beer, so I have no way of knowing its age and it gets what it gets... nearbeer (1886), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 15, 2007 Updated: Mar 8, 2009Bottled 05-18-07. Clear orange-amber beneath a large and lasting foam. Aroma is grapefruit hops sweetened with some clean malt. Taste is a nice balance of the same, with more malt upfront that transitions slowly to more hops on the back end. Palate is smooth, watery, light-bodied and a little bit dry and tingly. Could pass for a mild IPA. strangaj (229), West Chester, Ohio, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Jun 14, 2007 This beer wasn’t bitter at all (as might be expected from a pale ale), and in fact had a sweet malty taste like a traditional lager. Still, this flavoring was hard to pick up because the beer was so watered down. I can see how your typical ’bud light’ guy would rave about this beer thinking he/she picked out one hell of a craft beer that’s not too bitter or heavy. I think that may be why I detest this brew so much. I expect a little more for left hand........shame on you for making this brew! theshocker (329), Marietta, Georgia, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jun 4, 2007 A pretty decent average pale al with almost nothing special about it. A bit watery - thin body. I don’t have much to say about it. Don’t buy a six pack for $9.00. ChainGangGuy (2619), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jun 4, 2007 Appearance: Pours a golden color with a thin, off-white head. Decent lacing.
Smell: Bright, citrus hops up against a subtle roasted grain and yeasty background.
Taste: Light bready malts. Slighty yeasty. Faint, distant orage hop flavor. Mild bitterness in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. The carbonation is razor-sharp, though.
Drinkability: Unfortunately, it’s a little bland, with no remarkable flavors. A fairly lacking APA. Miguel (1181), Saint-Ours, Quebec, Canada

Arômes âcres de fruits rancis, de bananes et de levures. Saveurs âcres de malt, de levures et de fruits. bryandhargrave (165), Richmond, Virginia, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 26, 2007 Nothing special. Low carbonation, clear copper. Almost tasted kind of flat. its like it wants to be a great pale ale but there is something stopping it that i just cant put my finger on. NachlamSie (1657), Tennessee, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 20, 2007 Draught. Pours a dark gold with a creamy white head. The aroma is light with a fair level of grapefruit, caramel, some tea. This is a very faithful representation of the style with a light, crisp palate; dry finish, and a moderate U.S. hop profile. It’s nicely clean with a good presence of caramel and tea with enough citrus to make things interesting. I’d like this a lot more if it were more assertive, but different strokes, different folks.
