Dec 16, 2008 Pours a light hazy honey, golden yellow with thick white head with a fair layer of white head. Aroma is largely floral with honey. Flavor is floral/grassy with slightly sugared hops. Body is light with a watered down carbonation.

Dec 16, 2008 Standard copper pour with a two finger tall off white head that provided streaks of lacing. The aroma was light citrus and heavy floral hops. Almost soapy. The flavor was very light malt struggling against light citrus with pine, floral and soap crashing down. Average mouthfeel. Not a bad beer, the floral hops are just a bit out of whack.

Dec 11, 2008 Bottle shared with Blankboy after the tasting and at this point, the notes are just about unreadable. Medium yellow, small fluffy white head. Aroma features mild malt and some light hops. Great taste - zesty fresh hops, medium malty body. Right on style, an excellent APA.

Dec 5, 2008 0.33 l bottle. Copper color with creamy head. Sweetish aroma with flowery-citrusy hops and honey. The flavor is mainly about floral, citrusy and fruity hops with some fruity esters and maltiness in the background. Fairly high carbonation, too high for my taste. Basic APA.

Nov 30, 2008 Bottle. Pours a slightly orangish amber with a small head . Aromas are a lovely mix of caramel malts and citrus hops. Flavor is a little less spectacular... a mixture of apple juice, caramel and grain dust with some floral hops and a little bit of a fruity sweetness. Finish is kind of disappointing as it just kind of fades away into a smooth nothingness. Almost tastes like it needs to be much fresher... like the hops and finish have faded a bit, leaving a rather malty remainder.

Nov 20, 2008 06-11-2008 Vintage - Golden amber pour into a thin, off-white head that mostly dissipates into light lacings. Carbonated bubbles rise from the bottom of the glass into a small pool of froth in the center of the glass. Aroma of caramel, roasted malts and hints of citrus. Balanced hoppy bite & sweet malty fruits. Initial smoky taste that blends well into a creamy finish leaving a clean mouthfeel. Not great, but drinkable. (sampled 11-13-08)

Nov 18, 2008 12 oz bottle pours a hazy copper. light hops and sweet malt aroma. Flavor is toasted malt with floral hops. Lighter on the hops than I expected from an APA.

Oct 31, 2008 12oz. Mellon color pour with a thin white layer of lace. Aroma almost smells like old hops which is odd. The bottle is relatively fresh but this beer is malty and almost tastes like an older IPA. Not bad tasting, but odd for an APA.
