Nov 21, 2008 Draught at Left Hand Brewery. Clear yellow - white head. Ginger, fruity, peppery, citrus, bread, white bread, spicy. Simmple but nice.

Nov 20, 2008 Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Ginger aroma with lemon and light hops. The flavor is similar with ginger, wheat, lemon and lightly spicy hops. Nice.

Oct 27, 2008 Normally ginger neutralizes a lot of other flavors, but in this the sheer volume of ingredients and the hops used are perfect. Tastes like ginger and it is good.

Oct 24, 2008 Pours a clear orange yellow color. Big aromas of ginger. Flavor is sweet ginger. Mild bready notes w/ some hints of spice.

Oct 23, 2008 Draught. Low white and quickly disappearing head. Clear golden body. Mild and weak ginger barley malt aroma with spicy notes as well. Flavor also very mild ginger malt lemon, heavily carbonated and a long aftertaste.

Oct 21, 2008 GABF 08: Crystal clear with a light sheet of froth. Diluted candied ginger nose. Nice ginger notes in the flavor but the base beer is kind of thin and watery. The ginger tones are quite nice, but they need to find another beer to attach themselves to.

Oct 19, 2008 My first Veg/Herb brew. Very interesting. Nose strong ginger some light malt character here and there. Flavor was mainly just ginger and light hops are evident. I thought it was good just not my fav.

Oct 19, 2008 22 oz. bottle. Pours a thin head with nice duration, bit of lacing, over a gold, slightly cloudy,orangish body....nose of ginger, slight malt....tates initially of not very much and then finishes with a mild non hop bitterness and very late, light ginger...very light mouth feel. I think the brewers got to where they wished, but I have has this for the last time.
