Jun 11, 2008 Carbonated and sparkling fresh beer. Ginger aroma with refreshing citrus-apricot fruit notes. Light hazy beautiful orange color. Has some spices and herbal aromas as well. Smell is very gingery. Solid beer.

Jun 11, 2008 Cloudy golden-amber colour. Fresh gingery-hoppy aroma. Fresh character, lots of ginger, fruity esters and light citrusy hop. The malts are mild and pale, providing just enough structure to balance but not enough to overwhelm the refreshing character. I like it.

This is the first beer with ginger that I could handle. Congratz.

Jun 4, 2008 bottled, very little aroma of sweet malt, no ginger smell to be found, poured a dark yellow with small white head, flavor of a run of the mill pale ale, no ginger flavor at all :-( ...fairly clean palate, not terrible, just no flavor and no ginger.

Jun 3, 2008 Clear, pale orange with, good creamy off-white head / Nose of ginger and dry hops / LIght body, a little watery, with some good, creamy hops and sweet malts, and good finish / Mellow flavors of ginger, dry hops, apricots / Could use a little more punch, mostly mostly achieves its desired result.

May 29, 2008 08.06.2006 bottle date, pours a pretty clear amber with no head. its not overly spicey at first, but the finish has a little ginger spice kick to it. Herbs and ginger prevalent throughout the whole beer. its a fairly tastey brew. My first Ginger...Ale.
