Oct 21, 2009 Nice floral hop aroma with a bit of citrus and ginger. The flavor is nice enough, but this is a pretty lightweight brew. I don’t taste much ginger, but there is a little spice livening up this non-descript, average light ale.

Oct 14, 2009 Copper/bronze faint ginger/floral perfume. Quite an earthy ginger flavour. Not real heat nor any sweetness of note. Description of a pale ale with ginger is very accurate. Dry any a slight papery finish.

Oct 8, 2009 12oz. Pours a light amber with a nice fluffy white head depending on your pouring style. Nose is a bit muted when cold, but as it warms up there are some nice fruity malts that come through, but nothing I could distinguish as ginger. I was surprised in the flavor profile how muted the ginger was, but the more I drank the more I appreciated that fact (have you ever had ginger lemonade? uggh). Some slight spice and citrus and lovely caramel malt. The palate is easily the best part. Moderate carbonation, and a VERY dry finish. Would do very well with food for this fact, I can’t get over how dry and lovely it is! Not what I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised nonetheless, I could drink this all the time.

Sep 30, 2009 22 oz bottle. Not sure what i expected, and not sure what I got. Enjoyed in Estes Park, CO. Hazy pink amber with big white head. I guess the nose is kinda ginger. I guess the flavor is kinda gingery too. Maybe malty. I feel like I need to try this again some other time, but not so sure I need to try this again some other time.

Sep 21, 2009 12 oz bottle purchased as part of a beers of summer 10 pack at World Market. Bottled on 11 12 08 stamped on label. Pour is
hazed golden amber with a 1/2 inch off white head. A bit of settling
on the pour. Aroma of soft lemon sweet sugar and some ginger. Soft and
clean nose. Taste is sweet sugar lemon, with a crisp wheat like body
and strong ginger flavor in the finish. Palate is lighter bodied,
crisp and clean. Nicely drinkable beer.

Sep 18, 2009 12 oz. bottle. Pours an orange gradient with slightly yellow white frothy head. Smells like corn malt. Smooth with a slight ginger bite, kind of watery, i see why this is more popular during the summer.
