Jan 21, 2008 Poured a golden honey color. Aroma is malty and a hint of ginger. Taste is crisp with a definite ginger flavor. A fairly decnt brew but nothing that outstanding.

Jan 19, 2008 Deep golden pour with a small tan head. Great malty aroma with some ginger. Flavor was light and crisp, with hints of ginger, but not enough to overpower. I found this amazingly refreshing.

Aroma: ginger hits right off the start, fresh and full, a delightful spice that I happily invite into my senses, well at play in this aroma...
Taste: Smooth, with some small hop bitterness, and the feel of ginger is still aflush in the flavor...it jumps and jiggers in the mouth, and jostles with other tastes, orange, lemon, and lime...
Medium-bodied, with a long, spicy citric finish...

Jan 15, 2008 Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small white head and aroma of ginger, with some malt and yeast. The flavor is pretty standard and watered down, with the hop-flavor replaced by ginger. Something special, but I don’t really like it

Jan 13, 2008 Did not enjoy. I don’t think ginger or the juju work with beer. I will staystay away from this one in the future, though I do enjoy the left hand.

Jan 4, 2008 Bottled. Amber/dark golden coloured, rapidly disappearing white head. Ginger nose, some malts. Some hops and spices in flavour, some malts. Short finish. Interesting at the first sip, but boring from the second on.

Dec 29, 2007 Pours amber/golden with a small white head that fades fast. Ginger nose and flavor over a fairly bland and watery base. Reminds me a lot of fall pumpkin beers with that gingerbread character, spicy and potent, but the base beer was lost.

Dec 29, 2007 From bottle : Pours a light pale golden color with a finger and a half of impressive white head. Head disappears pretty rapidly though. A faint aroma, mostly of hops and some hints of ginger. Taste is much the same, faint, with hops and slight amount of ginger peaking though. Palate is light, crisp, somewhat refreshing. Decent little brew.
