Commercial Description:
Ingredients: Water; Malted barley; Ginger root; Hops; Yeast.
Our beer is basically a pale ale brewed from a relative low gravity, with some of the hops which would normally be used in the beer replaced by freshly ground ginger root. The beer is light in body, lower in alcohol, has a distinct ginger aroma, and has a very crisp finish. It was initially brewed as a refreshing alternative to the plethora of wheat beers which are popular in the summertime. Popular demand turned it into a year round beer.

Poured into a tulip. not a bad beer at all, pours a flat clear amber yellow, just not a great beer. reminds me in appearance, aroma, and taste of ginger ale with alchohol. just a flat ginger ale. not much head at all, some bubble action. you notice the ginger definitly. Not bad, not great, a good session beer.

This beer purs a light golden color with a small white head. The smell is ginger??? How about that. I tasted fruit and ginger. I can take this taste with Chinese food...not with beer.

Pours clear golden with a good sized off-white head. The aroma has a lot of ginger and some light fruits - quite nice as I’m partial to ginger. Medium / thin body that starts crisp, then smooth and then finishes crisp. The taste starts with milder ginger than on the aroma and some clean pale malt. The finish has more ginger and some spicy hops with a bit of sourness. A decent beer.

Pours light golden with a mostly receding wispy white head. Aroma of citrus, ginger, light malt and honey. Taste is ginger, honey, and crackery malt. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with lively carbonation with small bubbles.

12 oz bottle bottled on 11 15 06. Very clean & clear yellow brew with nice foamy white head, pretty lacing. Very nice hoppy aroma, love the hops, with faint ginger notes and a bit bready. Light spice flavor, a bit fizzy feel, smooth with nice soft bitter aftertaste. Mediumed bodied, Have to look hard to taste any ginger.

Yellow color and little carbonation. Flavor and aroma is simple ginger. Thin palate. A novelty, but nothing remarkable. It is better than the Jurand ginger beer.
