Commercial Description:
Ingredients: Water; Malted barley; Ginger root; Hops; Yeast.
Our beer is basically a pale ale brewed from a relative low gravity, with some of the hops which would normally be used in the beer replaced by freshly ground ginger root. The beer is light in body, lower in alcohol, has a distinct ginger aroma, and has a very crisp finish. It was initially brewed as a refreshing alternative to the plethora of wheat beers which are popular in the summertime. Popular demand turned it into a year round beer.

Hazy copper with a small head & peppered with yeast. Aroma of ginger is in tune with the season, seeming sprucey with clove. This is brewed with ginger, but I can see an aroma like this being produced naturally with the right combination of yeasts & hops. Flavor is honey-infused ginger ale, candy & flowers. A very lively mouthfeel makes the flavors "pop", although a more sedate approach would have sufficed.

Bomber poured a clear golden amber with a small, lasting off white head. Aromas of ginger and bread dough. Palate was light and crisp. Flavor was bland, light ginger and light malt with a crisp finish.

This bottled brew poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized of unnoted length white colored bubbles that left behind a fair lacing. The body contained soft carbonation, was hazy and light brown in color. Its aroma contained notes of spicy ginger and malt. Its mouth feel is initially tingly and smooth with a mild ginger aftertaste. The ginger flavor seems to overpower the other flavors and was too much for my palate.

Aroma is mild and has a little hint of ginger and cinnamon but not enough to start a craving to taste this beer. Copper colored ale with a thin head that dies out fast. Not a whole lot of ginger found in the flavor but another spice i is apparent even though im not sure which one. Aftertaste is mellow and somehow reminds me of sweet onion.

Bottle. Pours lush and golden with amber highlights. Aroma is cotton candy. Flavor is nice and gingery, with a sour offset to balance the sweetness. Notes of orange, lime, and grapefruit also. Palate soothes the savage tongue. Great beer!

Pours golden amber with decent white head. Aroma very muted, only slight ginger detectable. Flavor is ginger through and through not too overwhelming though. Not bad just different for sure.
