The strength of the ginger was strong in the aroma and it made itself even more pronounced once it hit my tongue. The lightness of the beer allowed the ginger to stay strong well into the finish. I can see how this would be a nice crisp summer beer. webbcreative (111), , Oklahoma, USA

Best thing it had going for it was a decent refreshing quality, and the ginger was neat. But I definitely wouldn’t give up my wheats for this. glennmastrange (861), hobe sound, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 29, 2008 Bottle. Moderate malt aromas of cereal and nutty, light herbs and dough for the hops and yeast with hints of honey and ginger. Head is small, frothy, white with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy amber. Flavor starts lightly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes moderately bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery yet a little creamy and has a lively carbonation. It finishes lightly astringent. This beer surprised me with a well balanced array of diversified aromas and flavors. Theis (3765), Denmark
