Jun 12, 2008 12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge white head. Hoppy and ginger aroma, goes well together - rather inviting aroma. Flavour on the contrary is just plain soapwater. Quite soapy flavour and thin mouthfeel. Ends with a ginger spiced note, not much more but a faint bitterness in addition.

May 6, 2004 Bottled. Hazy orange. Bready and mildly malty. The ginger sets in immediately, but doesn’t dominate the nose too much, and doesn’t get too overwhelming. Spicy, soft and quitr interesting. Quite low bitterness.

Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration. (Spicy ginger burn and bitternes). Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (060208)

Jun 11, 2008 Cloudy golden-amber colour. Fresh gingery-hoppy aroma. Fresh character, lots of ginger, fruity esters and light citrusy hop. The malts are mild and pale, providing just enough structure to balance but not enough to overwhelm the refreshing character. I like it.
