riversideAK (1583), Shoreline, Washington, USA May 15, 2008 Interesting to say the least. Aroma of ginger bread cookies. Pours a fizzy gold amber. Flavor is more spicy ginger bread cookies. Crisp, carbonated, kind of thin. I liked the ginger effect. Good stuff.
johndoughty (1635), cheslyn hay, West Midlands, England Sep 8, 2008 Bottle.Surprisingly drinkable as I usually
think of these types of beers as just for novelty.Slightly creamy and the ginger doesn’t take control of the beer. Not brilliant but better than anticipated. Quietman (160), Florida, USA Sep 1, 2008 Hazy orange.Off white head. Some ginger in the aroma, orange and caramel. Sweet flavor, a bit spicy.Very thin body.No real hop presence.Different for sure, but not great. Rune (1663), Tromsø, Norway Sep 1, 2008 355ml bottle (4.4% ABV). Fading white head over an amber body.
