Commercial Description:
This beer is available each autumn in celebration of the great Bavarian festival season. Brewed in late spring and cellared throughout the summer, our Oktoberfest is produced through traditional methods as it has been for centuries in Germany, This copper-hued lager owes its rich malt flavor to a generous combination of select Vienna and Munich malts. Cool, open-fermentation develops a subtle elegance and drinkability suited to any festive occasion.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2008. A deep red beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel sauce. The flavor is sweet matly with strong notes of caramel as well as notes of straw and grass, and hints of alcohol, leading to a dry strawy finish. A clone between and American and a German beer.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Clear warm deep amber golden with a yellowish head. Fat and sweetish caramel with some floral acents. Medium body with a very soft mouthfeel, accents of burned caramel and roasted malt. Almost no bitterness. Pleasant. 180908

Bottled. Clear nut brown, creamy off-white head. Caramelly nose. Piney hops covers the chewy caramelly malt. It’s sweet with a syrupy breadiness. More full bodied than oktoberfestbiers and much more hoppy. Grainy, caramelly finish with salty bitterness. With it’s firm body and heavy impact it is a perfect dunkler bock.

Bottled@SBWF2008. Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, bready notes as well as mild hoppyness. Flavour is quite much the same with some grassy notes in the finish. Rather boring brew...

Golden-brown and bright. Toasty, lightly caramelly with hints of chocolate. Smooth caramelly and slightly earthy palate. Decent, if a little sweet.
