12oz. Pour is a very light gold with a spotty white head. Aroma is kinda sweet but with some cleansing hops. The flavor is quite nice. Decent hop character, if a bit soapy.

bottle poured a light golden color with a thin white head that diminished quickly. aroma has pilsner yeast, light grains, some minerals, and faint grass. mouth feel is very thin with light carbonation. flavor has some grassy hops, typical pilsner yeast, minerals are there but less than the nose, and some light acid. now looking the bottled date is 9/6/07 making this a year old now. will retry a fresher one.

Bottle. Light to moderate notes of light bread and grain for the malts, light herbs for the hops and very light dough for the yeast, with background notes of wood and vegetable. Head is frothy, white with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is sparkling clear gold. Flavor starts lightly acidic and finishes lightly acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is light to medium, dry, and has a carbonation between lively and fizzy. It finishes lightly dry. Just like a Pilsner, nothing real bold, but what is there is pretty good.

On tap at the Denver location, bright yellow hue, with a nice white head, mild honeyed crystal malt nose, with some light fruity, saaz floral hop accents, with hint of wet hay in the aroma follows through on a light-bodied palate with a crisp fruity, honeyed pale malt character, with a mild flowery hop leafy note, some faint citrus accents leading towards a malty, fruity, lingering hop bitterness finish.

Draught. Low white fluffy and quickly disappearing head. Clear golden body. Weak malty aroma and flavor with high carbonation, low hops bitterness but a long aftertaste.
