Sep 10, 2008 Pours golden from 12 oz bottle, with an effervescent body and mostly receding off-white head. Aroma of Saaz, slightly stinky, cheesy hop notes, with other notes of grass and hay. Flavour was of an average pils, a little better than any macro pilsner. and has a small metallic taste to it though and a little in the aroma as well. Overall an OK beer, but not exactly a knock out.

Sep 10, 2008 Summary: Pretty, inoffensive, thin-bodied pilsner. Aroma: Hay-like hops. Appearance: Pale straw liquid, generous but short lived white head, significant lace. Flavor: Starts off with hay and lemon, turns toward vanilla, cooked cereals, finishes bittersweet, slightly soapy. Palate: Zesty at the front, overall thin. Not much sparkle on the tongue, despite the head.

Aug 30, 2008 12 oz bottle purchased in a mix six pack from EZ Liquors. Pours a clear golden straw color with an ample frothy bright white head. Musty aroma with notes of cereal grains and lots of dust. Flavor of cereal, bread, and lemon rinds. Thin bodied with a bitter finish and strong carbonation. Well at least I’m getting a new rating out of this one, not much else.

Aug 23, 2008 Bottle. Light gold pour with a thick, dense, white head. Strongly grainy aroma with some floral undertones. Light, simple malt with sweetish hoppiness. Coppery aftertaste. An ok pilsner, but I’d rather have something more classic and deep in that family.

Aug 20, 2008 12 oz. bottle from Plaza Liquors - Pours a crystal clear light golden color with a one and a 1/4 finger thick white head. Light spotty lacing. Aroma is grain and a pungent, if not unpleasant, herbal hop aroma. Flavor is a light grain malt and slightly bitter herbal hops. Light to medium body. Worth a try.
