Jun 6, 2008 Straw looking in color. Weak malt aroma. Nice and clean upfront flavor, with a nice dry slightly bitter aftertaste. Overall this is a nice pilsner. Perfect for the summer heat.

Aroma – Nice malt nose with a light hops aroma.
Appearance – Light golden amber color a light head and clear.
Flavor – Decent Pilsner. Had some good malt qualities. Even some hops came through.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, decent texture with a good dry finish.
Overall – As for Pilsners go this was pretty good. Had a good flavor and easy to drink good for those hot days.

Jun 2, 2008 Bottle at oak tree. A pale poor with a thin white head. Aroma is bitter with some maltiness to it. This is very standard and basic. I slugged it to move on.

May 30, 2008 Poured pale yellow with a thin head. Aroma - grainy with some citrus. Light with malt, grassy hops and some bitterness. Typical pilsner.

May 25, 2008 Bottle via Three Cellars. Yellowish color. Smell of hops, malt and bread. Tastes the same but with some minor pine. A little soapy at the end.

May 22, 2008 Out of the Bottle.
The aroma is quite unusual, more like a Chardonnay than a beer.
Looks thin and makes you wonder if you are drinking beer.
Flavor is lacking, but not offensive. The bitterness is actually overwhelmed by a sour tartness with a hint of malt. Taste is overpowered by the aroma of white wine.
The mouthfeel is seriously lacking, as the effervescence shocks the tounge indicative of too much carbonation.
There are a number of Pils out there, and while it is an extremely difficult type of beer to brew well, this one by Left Hand falls a bit too short for me to buy another.

May 16, 2008 Super light orange-yellow-yellow color. Surprising brew from Left Hand. Smells and tastes like most other American macro pilseners. Standard. Super-light body. I, personally, think Left Hand could have made a much better pilsener than this.
