I rather like this. Flavorful enough to make me want to drink as session. Clean and tasty, zesty and ... well, I might just have another.

Pours a bright yellow, with large, large head. Quickly goes to nothibg a all bubbling stops. Smells like yeast. Tastes like malt and noble hops. Light mouthfeel, clean finish. I’m beginning to believe us Czechs began brewing pilseners as a substitute for water, because when you want a beer, there a few redeming qualities for most examples of the style. This one is no exception, just another boring "golden" bier.

Clear yellow with white head. Doughy sweet smell. Not much flavor but what is there is sharp and metallic. Mouthfeel is okay. Good for a pilsener but just too metallic and weak for me overall.

Nice to have another good pils in the STL area. Pours crystal clear with a soapy head and dancing carbonation. The aroma has clean pils malt, light sweetness, some citric notes and light mint - very clean and crisp. The body is light and slightly biting with light carbonation for a pilsner. The flavor starts with lots of pepperiness, clean pils malt and spicy hops. The finish is enjoyably biting. The is a very nice beer, but not sure if it is worth the price tag compared to other pils available of equal quality in the area.

Seem a waste of hops to me, I mean it may be a bit better than macro pilsner beer but that is really not saying much. Unremarkable and undistinctive all the way around.

Aroma is slightly minty, citrus, little bit of sourness. Taste is sweet hop floral, grainy, touch peppery. Very quaffable. Very nice pils. Finishes with a nice sharp bitterness.
