It has a slight hint of hops in the aroma, the aroma is so slight that it is hard to pin it down. It is a smooth tasting pilsner but it has a metallic finish. hellbilly (1532), scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA

Poured from a 12oz. bottle, bottled on date: 07-25-07
Paired with fish.
Aroma: Floral & citrusy
Appearance: Pale gold, plenty of small bubbles rising with a nice thick head
Flavor: Mild hops flavour with some fruitlike character (citrus) and a nice, light bitterness
Palate: Gentle and smooth, the carbonation gives it a nice feel
Overall: Very drinkable, smooth beer that went down easy. Not too bitter with a nice hop balance. I would have liked a couple more of these, would definitely try again.

Pale yellow straw color with a white 1-finger head that quickly fades to small patches and clumps. Ultra-fine bubbles lace well. Very grainy Pils malt aroma with a definite noble hop accent. Some carbonic whiffs. Taste mirrors the aroma. Lots of grainy Pils malt taste witha good spicy Saaz bite on the dry bittering finish. Some stingy carbonation, but not completely out of line for the style. Great American Pilsener in a more traditional style that say, Prima Pils. Get a fresh sample to rate people! Underrated. biz82 (1328), austin, Texas, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Feb 11, 2008 Clear yellow, thin head. Very fruity aroma with bubblegum. Strange floral flavor that seems almost artificial but worse is the counterbalancing dirty astringency. Maybe I got a bad bottle, but this seems off.
