Grassy nose, some soft fruit. Deep golden. Bitter, almost soapy taste. Nice carbonation, crisp, not the best, but not bad.

12oz dated 070407 - Clear pale yellow liqiud under white head, malt and faint hops on nose, annoying metallic taste on front, with a green apple sour at the back. Forgettable.

(Bottle) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of toastiness, butter, medicinal, and doughy. Flavor of grassy, lightly citric hops and toasted malt that delivers a mild bitterness in the finish.

Appearance: Pours a clear yellow body with a frothy white head. Smell: Pilsner malt aroma with notes of lime, flowers, and spicy Saaz hops. Taste: Pilsner malts with a decent amount of sweetness. Very light hint of honey. The juice of one lime. Spicy Saaz character with a mild, palate-cleansing bitterness. Crisp, clean finish. Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: Fairly accurate to style and reasonably refreshing. Pretty good for a pilsner.

12 oz bottle, pours a pale golden color with copious head. Looks and smells like a typical american pilsener, with little hops but overall aroma not too bad. Flavor is very average, kinda like an upgrade version of budweiser, but the palate is very smooth and was easy to drink. Bonus point because it gets better after a few minutes and the carbonation is released. Not great but not disappointing.

Bottled on Nov 7,2007. Pours pretty clear and light golden with a decent white head that fades away after a couple of minutes. I pick up corn husk in the aroma along with wood and a slightly sour tinge. This pilsner is hoppy enough, I suppose. Finish is fairly dry. Some notes of hay come through. This is an all right pils: crisp and flavorful enough to get the job done. I’m not a fan of some of the dirtier characteristics on this one.
