Bottle - Malty butterscotch aroma. Earthy malty body with a peppery bitter finish. This beer does not come together well at all and priced too high relative to the other great micro pilsner options out there.

Not much to this beer, although it was slightly better than some other Pilsners I’ve tried. Poured to a light golden yellow with mild carbonation and a thin white head that dissipated soon. Aroma and flavor were not bad, but just not very descript. This beer beats many BMC products, but is not worth rushing out to buy more.

Pale hazy golden color. Huge soapy white head. Sweet citrus aroma. Taste is much the same...sweet, grassy, zest, citrus and a peppery spice. While this didn’t get great reviews I do think it would be excellent on a hot summer day.

Pours a pale golden straw color with a sudsy white head, leaving lots of lace. Grassy hops with light citrus. Crisp and light, mild malt and fruit. Slight funky after taste. Perhaps i’d like this better in the summer.

12oz. 9/28/07 bottling. Pours clear straw yellow with a lively white head. Mostly orange peel in the nose, accompanied by some lemon zest, grass and more citrus with a nice dry finish. Reminds me of living in Germany for a year. Very true to the style and delightfully drinkable. Will come back to this one.
