NorCal tasting Jul 07 - I found this beer to be incredibly quenching and for a pilsner, it’s quite the tasty one. Aroma is clearly Saaz hops with a grassy character that just makes the mouth water. A nice malt presence also helps this beer too. Appearance is golden yellow with a nice one finger head without much staying power. Flavor is classic pilsner. A nice hop smack on the tounge, crisp, refreshing with a flicker of bitterness as it goes down and then it’s gone. Very nice.

I hate this beer! Boring crappy typical yellow mildly cloudy thin expletive ale. Absolutely boring and predictable, it pains me to think that craft artisans need to produce beers like this. Also, makes me sneeze, since I have some weird allergy to bad beers... the worst!

Bottle. Pours a yellow, straw color, slightly darker than a typical pale lager, white head. More flavor than many pilsners. Very drinkable, but certainly not as tasty as many pils. No better than the cheap macros and not a standout in any way. I’d certainly drink it again if given one for free, but I won’t rush out to buy more.

A solid pilsener, with a nice long finish. Got this brew aon a variety 6 pack at World Market. Pilsener’s just arent the style of beer i enjoy, they are too similar to pale lagers and dont offer enough to me to really distinguish them any other way. This one was decent though.

Bottle at Mondial.
Bright gold pils with speck of fine carbonation. Neat white (large) , dense top. Good lacing painted on glass.4-
Clean, fresh hoppy nose. Slightly dry more of Northern German Pils with sweeter softer malt as backbone.
Medium bodied, smooth, clean malt blanket with fairly strong accented hop profile. Herbal, grassy bitter green. Clean, crisp and with proper Pils charcter.Very solid stylistically example.

Robe blonde dorée très claire surmontée d’une mousse blanche en dentelle qui persiste. Arômes de céréales et de houblon amérisant. Saveurs de houblon amérisant herbacé et de céréales.

On tap at Max & Joe’s Left Hand tasting party. Pale yellow with a medium white head. Straw-like in its pilsner grain aroma. Thin body with a good mid-tongue bitterness that lingers through to the finish. Quite good with a slightly harsh mouth.

pours a clear pilsner yellow with a two finger fluffy white head. aroma is malt and a touch of hops and lemon. has a light body with lacing that follows the beer and descent carbonation. flavor is same as aroma. it is an above average pils definitely better than any macro pils. has a little metallic taste to it though and a little in the aroma. has some corn aroma and flavor also. it is a good session-able summer thirst quencher.
