Bottle poured into a frosty pint glass a clear honey color with two fingers of white head. Citrus aroma. Flavor is hoppy with some spicy, peppery notes. Palate seemed right on. Tastey.

The aroma is papery with fruit and yeast. The flavor is chemical like with bitterness paper, and malt. The palate is ok though, it’s like most pilsners but thats about the only thing normal about this beer.

On tap at brewpub. Not a bad pilsener. Light and refreshing with a hint of hops.

Sometimes you’re just in the mood for a nice pilsner and this one delivers. Straw colored, fluffy white head lasts the whole beer. Highly carbed. Noble hop aroma and flavor. Well balanced but tipped slightly to the bitter side. Good american pilsner.

If you like the pilsner style then you’ll probably like this brew. It has the typical straw-yellow appearance and malty flavor with a hint of German style thrown in.

Fresh from the wholesaler....Bottled OCT 3rd. Pretty strightfoward pils but lacking malt complexity found in true European versions. Hops are Saaz and are a bit murky and not vibrant enough. A good try at a hard style to brew though. I would perfer the blue paddle pils from New Belgium Brewry over this but we cant get it hear. I wish new Belgium would ship to the east. I also dectected a bit of soap falvor from the yeast used.
