Light yellow head with a very small white head. Light malt aroma, some grassy hops. Taste is of medium pine hops. An odd mix that I dont know if it works as a pils. The lack of carbonation and odd hop taste makes for an unusual combination.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow with a 2 finger snow white head that leaves decent lacing. The nose is sweet malt and light earthy hops. The taste is malt, earthy hops, light citrus and a dry grassy hop finish. Medium bodied. Tasty little Pils.

12 oz bottle. Very pale straw coloured beer. Sticky white head. Aroma is quite grassy and straw laden with loads of fresh hoppiness in the nose. Nice light crackery malts and even a bit of lemony zestiness. Crisp textured and surprisingly hoppy. This was a pleasant surprise and a solid pils.

Bottle. Pours clear bright gold with decent white head. Nose of grainmore than anything else and slight grassy hops. Some added metallic notes and sweeter than expected instead of dry and crisp. Could do worse on a warm day, but could certainly do better.

Pours a light golden in color with a minimal, but lasting white head that laces thge glass. Mild aroma of malt and some hop flower. Taste is crisp, sweet pale malt with just a hint of hop bitterness. Pretty good effort at a classic German pils.

On Draft at Rattle & Hum in NYC. Slides down your throat incredibly easy. No flavor at all.

Bottle. Very light. Couldn’t really taste what was going on. Nice carbonation. There needs to be less water and more taste.

On tap @ Rattle n Hum, NYC. Kind of boring, some notes of hay or grass. Borderline filthy.
