Bottle. Hoppy aroma, quite fragrant. Pale golden body, thin white head. Flavor is hoppy, bitter, assertive for the style. Lengthy bitter finish.

Bottle 12-6-06. Pours a clear pale straw with quickly dissipating thin white head. Slightly grainy aroma with some grassy notes. Flavor is similar but with a slight mustiness to it which could easily be attributed to the age. Soft body with moderate carbonation and a very light hop bitter finish. This stood up suprisingly well for being two years old! Dont know of many other pilsners that can do that...

Poured from 12oz bottle into pint glass. Aroma - Grassy hops Appearance - Golden yellow, crystal clear. Thin white head that diminishes very quickly. Flavor - Grassy hops with minimal malt flavor. Not what I expect from a pils. Palate - Well carbonated, crisp and light. Overall - The lightness and crispness would make it a decent session brew, however, for my taste and money there are better ones out there.

Served on draft at Beer Run. Pours a pale straw yellow with a small head. Bitter grassy hop aroma with big grain notes. Taste is fairly sweet with grassy hops and toasty notes. Medium bodied.

Crushed with Jakebra. About as nast as the average pilsner. Nothing much to offer except for a stinging sensation on your tongue.

Draught at Left Hand Brewery. Clear yellow - white head. Straw, hay, light cardboard, light sweetness, crispy, straight pilsner - nice.

Draught. Low white fluffy and quickly disappearing head. Clear golden body. Weak malty aroma and flavor with high carbonation, low hops bitterness but a long aftertaste.

Pours a pale carbonated translucent yellow with a two finger frothy white head. The nose is sweet, grassy, noble hoppy, bready. The flavor is malty, corn, mild bitterness, grassy, earthy basementy lager feel. Weird bitterness.
