Crafty07 (331), Lexington, Kentucky, USA Mar 13, 2008 Pale weak yellow pour with minimal head, this is simply a boring, watered-down pils with a fancy label from an otherwise good brewer.
avoid.
Dorwart (1585), Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA Jul 4, 2008 Large frothy white head of medium sized bubbles. Excellent carbonation. Nice grassy and cereal aroma with a bit of hops, lemon and some bready malts. Crystal clear bright gold. Light crisp and dry flavor with a decent bitterness. More lemon and some straw. Finishes dry and pasty with a bit of lingering herbal hops. A decent pilsner. riversideAK (1444), Shoreline, Washington, USA Jul 2, 2008 Straw gold lasting fluffy head. Aroma of bread and grass with a little sweetness. The flavor is that of mild sweet bread, grass, floral and peppery hops. Crisp and dry finish. Very drinkable in the hot weather that has been going on here in Seattle recently. vikingbeercbus (14), Columbus, Ohio, USA Jun 30, 2008 Thin head, almost entirely dissipating, clear pale golden. A little more than the average pilsner, could be some hops coming through. Not bad but not remarkable either. arventresca (116), Greenville, North Carolina, USA Jun 25, 2008 Bottle. Pours golden with white head. Smells refreshing kind of fruity. Taste is dry. Not quite as hoppy as some pils I’ve had. Aftertaste is funky. Guinness4Duff (389), Tallahassee (and Poconos, PA), Florida, USA Jun 21, 2008 Bottle. Clear pale gold pour with a white head. Interesting aroma, noble like hop character with an extra something I cant quite figure out. Taste is pretty standard for a pilsner, nothing more going on there. A decent non offensive beer.
