| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 21, 2008 This bottle is from August 1, 2007 saved it to rate it, the others I thought were very good and deserved a higher rating. Gave a couple away because I thought they were good enough. The aroma is hops, citrus/pine. The head is white, big with excellent lacing. The color is copper and clear. The initial flavor is light bitter, citrus/pine flavor. The body is light and the texture creamy and a little watery. cgarvieuk (4215), Edinburgh, Scotland

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Aug 15, 2008 Some hop nose, quite attractive color, with a nice head, nicely balanced, with very light palate. VERY LIGHT throughout all qualities. This tastes like increasing the ingredients would make a very nice beer. PolakPorter (83), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 14, 2008 Why such a low rating?? This beer was quite enjoyable. Nothing to hump a leg over, but it is what it is, simple and tasty. No scent of queef detectable, as is the case in many ESBs. The hops bring a nice subtle bitterness to the maltomeal. Yes, there are better ESBs out there, but who cares? This is a nice little ale that I probably will never buy, but will certainly never turn down a free one. changeup45 (803), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 14, 2008 While this is a simple brew I enjoyed it quite a bit. Clear copper color with a thin head. Aroma is malty and grassy with traces of fruits. There’s really not a ton of flavor but it’s nice on the palate with light caramel and soft floral bitter hops with a silky finish. Nice. mabel (2626), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Slightly hazy, dark amber orange body with a quick off-white foam. Old leafy dust flavour has a generic citrus hops note. Medium body. Showing a little age (though it was bottled 06-22-07).
