Like the name says, very well balanced. But it doesn’t have a whole lot going on. Decent and smooth, but nothing stands out about it.
Would definitely drink it though when i needed a serviceable ale. Nena (182), West Seattle, Washington, USA

Poured orange with a moderate white head that fell to a white ring fairly quick, leaving a bit of lacing as I drink.. Aroma is bready with sweet fruitiness, plus some floral, almost soapy hops. Flavor is toffee, bread, apricot, plus some light hops on the finish. Has a moderate mouthfeel. The flavors of this just don’t mesh very well to me. It’s inoffensive and I’m having no problem drinking it, it just doesn’t taste particularly good. bierkoning (6100), La Tropica, Netherlands
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 15, 2009 Bottle. Amber color. Pear, flowery hops and some tropical fruit in the sedate aroma. Pear, mango, just a touch of flowery and citric hops in the flavor. Hints of cinnamon and dust in the aftertaste. Decent, satisfyingly balanced ale. Zinister (1207), Houston, Texas, USA

Sweetish, bitter, light malty, hint of toffee. Light sticky mouth feel and sparkling. Refreshing, ok session ale. jmm635 (269), Havertown, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 5, 2009 Pours a very light amber with a thin lacing head. Pretty evenly balanced between the malts and hops. Nothing really stands out for me. Pretty drinkable and I definitely like it, but forgettable nonetheless. jake65 (1725), Williston, North Dakota, USA
