Commercial Description:
Thanks for purchasing another offering in our series of "Big Mo" Beers. For as long as people have inhabited Colorado's Front Range, the Twin Sisters have had a strong impact on Colorado residents. The views from atop the 11,428' peaks are breathtaking and afford sweeping views of the entirety of Rocky Mountain National Park. As an expression of admiration we have crafted an ale that exhibits a profound impact all its own. At 11428 IBU's (just kidding), Twin Sisters is a mountainous testament to hops, and that they bring. A feeling of ease and relaxation become apparent for all whom would dare to climb it. So for all that enjoy summiting ales with copious hops additions to achieve a felling of contentment and awe, we offer Twin Sisters Double IPA. Enjoy!

750 ml. bottle from (I forget at the moment) - thanks! Pours slightly hazed deep orange amber, with a huge and fluffy beige head that leaves thick lace. Aroma of rich, lightly caramel malts, citrus hops and earthiness with hints of pine resin. Flavor is fruity and quite sweet, but with plenty of aggressive hoppiness, orange peel and dusty pine needles, with astringency and pepper notes in the finish. Medium to full body and creamy smooth carbonation.

Bottle, at Yngwie´s xmas-tasting. Hazy amber/orange color, off-white head. Hoppy and fruity aroma. Flavor is sweet with hops and fruit, with a bitterdry finish. Very nice.

Had this after work with Kaylee while watching the Zombie Halloween disc she burned me. Nose of perfume and flowers, spice, citrus and resin. The brew initially pours copper. The nice cascade resolves into a tall uber stiff fully lasting white creamy head with good lace. The yeast pour is of course cloudy and amber. The brew has a malty and deep front with light acidity and some alcohol warmth in the middle. The nice lingering finish is spicy and bitter. The medium body is soft and creamy the finish feels dry.

Corked bottle
Cloudy orange-amber color, creamy head. Malty aroma, with caramel, a bit dusty, with light fruitness. Good body structure, sweet, good caramel flavor; there is a good and strong hopping, aromatic and a bit resiny, with sweet orange touch, but in this one the caramel wins. Very good.

Orange color, not much head. Bready, slightly fruity aroma. Bready, slighlty fruity flavor too, hops are hiding somewhere. Good malt profile, good drinkability - just a bit too boring for this price (big bottle 17 euros).

Thanks to Papsø. Bottle. Hazy amber colour with a little white head. Nice aroma of caramel and some hops. Nice flavour of burned caramel, toffee and hops. This IIPA are not so bitter than you may expect, but good anyway.
