Commercial Description:
Brewed only once a year with fresh hops hand-picked in Longmont, CO and Warrior hops straight off the vine from Yakima, WA.
Warrior is brewed using a unique style called “Wet Hopping,” which requires only hops that are no more than a day from the vine. “Wet Hopping” imparts only a mild aroma, but an exceptionally fresh unfiltered hop flavor.

Poured from a 22oz bomber and served in a shaker. This IPA poured a hazy, dark amber with a thin, lasting head of bubbly beige foam. Some spotty lacing was left around the glass. The aroma included floaral, fresh hop notes. Mainly orange. Some stong caramel also. The flavor was modestly bitter, but there wasn’t much in the way of malt to help hold things together. Just a lasting note of iced tea wrapped in oranges. Pretty dull. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied and a bit oily. Lightly carbonated. Not terrible, but there are many better IPAs readily available.

Very faint hop aroma, notes of biscuit malts. Pours a nice amber, with about a finger of sticky off-white head. Really nice sharp peppery hop flavor, full bodied, moderate biter finish. Very drinkable.

Bomber...Pours a reddish copper with a slight haze and an off-white head with good longevity. Aroma is a little subdued, but a nice blend of citrus hops and male. Flavor is a nice buttery caramel malt which is perfectly balanced by resiny orange citrus and floral hops. Nice medium bodied palate with a lasting pleasant bitterness. Nice easy drinking IPA!

On tap at Redlight - Pours hazy amber color with medium head. Aroma - perfume hop scent along with sweet ripe apples. Flavor - sappy apples and citrus. Palate - high carbonation with dry finish. Overall - tasted pretty good cold but flavor became slightly skunky as it warmed.

On tap at Kclingers in Hanover, PA. Hazy amber with a thin but lasting head. Faint nose of citrus and nuts. The flavor was citrus, caramel, and nuts but couldn’t hold up to the mildly spiced chili I was eating. Left some very nice lace all the way down the glass. Decent but a little weak in the flavor department.

Bottle@Home. Floral, fruity aroma with mainly overripe apples. Amber colour, beige firm head, good lace. Light sweet, very bitter, light fruity, grapefruit, grassy finish. Dry mouth feel. Easy yet very flavourful.
