Jan 17, 2009 Pours a nice amber with a decent head. Aroma is citrus-pine with an underlying sweet maltiness
Flavour was piney and lighter citrus with a medium bodied malty sweetness and a light, almost floral-pine bitterness to the finish.

Jan 16, 2009 22oz. bottle. Fresh, leafy, citric aroma, notes of orange, cedar and spice along with a lightly floral sweetness in the background. Clear medium copper color with a lasting, fine head and intricate lacing. Flavor profile features a very light, toasty sweet maltiness before delving right into the hops, bringing a piney, fruity, spicy character and an increasing amount of bitterness towards the finish, which dries out almost entirely by the end. Smooth and lightly effervescent mouthfeel, body is medium. Refreshing, also manages to avoid being too unbalanced as the hops also present a bit more of their flavor, rather than primarily contributing bitterness.

Hazy light amber with big, foamy beige head / Bread & citrus nose / Medium body, lush and creamy, with good, dry finish / Muted flavors of hops, bread, burnt sugar, and grapefruit / Much more of the texture and profile of a bitter, but with this silky body, it’s terrific.

Jan 10, 2009 Draft at Kuma’s. Nose is lighter, citric and caramel with a bit of cheesiness and floral notes. Taste is rich in caramel malts (which detract somewhat) and a distinct wet-hop flavor of pungent green hops. If they were to be rid of most if not all of the crystal malt, it would be really good, but still, a decent wet-hop beer worth trying. Nice.

Jan 9, 2009 Pours a warm copper color from the bomber with a trim off-white head. Smells and tastes of floral hops, orange rind, caramel, and faint strawberries which leave a dry finish. Balanced and highly drinkable.
