Commercial Description:
Brewed only once a year with fresh hops hand-picked in Longmont, CO and Warrior hops straight off the vine from Yakima, WA.
Warrior is brewed using a unique style called “Wet Hopping,” which requires only hops that are no more than a day from the vine. “Wet Hopping” imparts only a mild aroma, but an exceptionally fresh unfiltered hop flavor.

thanks to wintersdying for sharing this one. this was stored for a year or so in not so ideal conditions. clear caramel amber with a huge HUGE 2/3 of the glass khaki head. good lacing. very piney caramel aroma with hints of orange. flavor very bitter pine and caramel. bitter piney spicy finish with an underlying caramel sweetness. caramel comes out more in the end balancing and smoothing things out. medium body. moderate carbonation. quite nice. i need to try a fresh one. the best thing i have head from left hand so far.

Bottle (65 cl) from Systembolaget. Clear amber with medium fluffy off-white head. Fruity, slightly earthy malts, hops bring apricot, pine needles and flowers. Medium to heavy body, very smooth, and with a good balance and long bitter finish.

A great hoppy beer that has one the best aromas I have ever smelled. The hopping method makes a huge difference. The heavy body is nice with a tan and white head.

(Bottle) Pours Hazy orange amber. The aroma is rather light with light hoppy notes of oranges and hints of grapefruit. Some flowers, mostly roses. A bit woody. Also a bit yeasty with notes of dough. Some salty hints. Very discrete maltiness, but the aroma is getting sweeter as the beer warms up. Solid hoppy flavour with citrus, mostly grapefruit and lighter notes of some resiny pine and some black tea bitterness. Medium to full bitterness. Some malty sweetness. Tiny syrupy hints. Soft, round mouthfeel with a fair amount of carbonation. Finish is dry with a lingering bitterness. Medium full body.

Pours a translucent golden copper/amber with a medium off white lightly lacing head. Aroma of crystal malts, some various citrus and pine. Flavor on the caramel malt sweet side followed by some light hop flavor, pine and orange. Reminds me a little of a toned down DFH 90.
