Nose is very nice, with those juicy Warrior hops and a good dose of caramel malt. Flavour follows - big, balanced flavours, with a moderately bitter finish. Solid.

Jun 14, 2007 Bottle (650ml) shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, tupalev & jerc -- courtesy of HogTownHarry. Pours a murky orange with an average size somewhat-lasting creamy off-white head. Nice aroma of caramel malt and Warrior hops (I love Warrior hops!) -- simple but nicely balanced. Flavour’s the same, nice balance of hops and malt and oh so easy to drink. Medium bodied. Very enjoyable, I really liked this.

Jun 5, 2007 Bottle (650ml). Shared with blankboy, GregClow and tupalev, my bottle via SecretSanta 2006. Murky orange-gold, average beige rocky diminishing head. Taste and aroma are simple and very good - medium herbal/tea-like hops, lightly roasted malt backing, mild alcohol, medium-length finish. Light body, astringency, carbonation and aftertaste - just a solid, slightly uk-style session IPA - really enjoyed.

May 28, 2007 Clear amber body with a creamy tan head. Floral hops aroma with some light malt and caramel background. Malty flavor, caramel, some molassas and some floral and light citrus hops.
