22oz bomber. Pours amber with good sized just off white head. Aroma of pine, citris, floral and malt. Taste is grass, pine, a bit of grapefruit and malt. Clean and dry to start with a bit of bitterness in the end. Nice easy drinker. Just a bit thin on the palette. I bet this is really good fresh.

Bomber. Poured amber in the glass with a large frothy off-white head that left behind good lacing. Very carbonated looking. The aroma was citrus, floral, and malts with a hint of some earth tones. The flavor had a nice balance of grapefruit, pine, and a caramel background. Medium body and dry. Lively carbonation at first. Comfortable bitterness throughout.

Tasted at Pianeta birra in Rimini in Feb.07,with the brewer himself. A bright apricot-sunset colour, with a fine medium white head. Citrus, herbal, floral, pine amazing aroma. Fantastic dry and bitter finish, but very balanced with malt and some yellow fruit hints. Very drinkable, help me found this beer in Italy!!!

Pours a deep orange with a thick pillowy white head. The aroma is strong with citrus and flowery hops, but there is a sweet malt tinge to the aroma. The flavor starts dry and bitter on the tongue. The flavor is firm with malts, but even firmer on hops - abundant pine and citrus notes. The citrus not of the hops is reminiscent of bitter orange peel or lemon zest. The finish is bittersweet and a little dry. The after-taste is full of hops. Overall, a well balanced beer that hop-heads will enjoy.

The aroma might be slight, but it smells terrific; earthy and grassy. Flavor is of a fairly ordinary IPA, aside from a dry bitter finish that is hoppier than the initial sip.

Good sized light tan head of fine bubbles. Minimal carbonation. Decayed vegatal aroma (decaying grass) some buttery caramel malts and spices. Color is a bright golden orange. Flavor is primarily malty with not much hops presence. Kind of sugary and sickly sweet. Dry and chalky palate. Finishes bitter and with much more hops presence. An ok IPA. I kind of expected a double from looking at the bottle. There are many others out there with more juicy hops and that are much better.

I felt that this was an extremely good IPA contrary to the mundane words and scores from others. Full of life this IPA stands out to me because it tastes bright. The hops are a bit subdued yet fully present. Nice color and aroma. Highly recommend this

2/27/2007: Rob stopped over and helped me bottled two batched of beer and a batch of wine. He brought along a 22 oz bottle of Left Had Warrior IPA to share... This beer has a sweet sugary aroma with notes of citrus hops and a little peach. The color is hazy amber orange. When poured, a dense off-white, frothy, rocky head develops and doesn’t disappear quickly. Warrior IPA is sweet and malty at first, then becomes very dry and hoppy. the bitterness gradually grows with each drink, but doesn’t really ever become overly bitter. The finish is extremely dry with floral hop flavors. Medium to full body; smooth and creamy on the palate. This is a good sipping IPA and the dryness keeps you coming back for me. However, I felt that the hop aromas and flavors seemed a bit reserved or weak for being a wet hopped beer...
