| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 3, 2007 Big bottle. Pours cloudy dark amber, yellow fizzy head. Aroma is apple, pear, more sweet fruit than citrus tones. Malt is apparent -- more so than some IPAs. Pretty well balanced overall -- nothing over the top, but quite drinkable. Maybe a bit watery. Not particularly oily. Decent but not stupendous. ilikestuff (222), Fort Worth, Texas, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 30, 2006 Poured a very murky orangy brown with a cream slightly off white head that laced and left sediment down the sides of the shaker. Aroma is hoppy as expected with a lemony citrus nose and little else to smell. Flavor is bitter with grapefruit and a sweetness like honey. Bitter finish but balanced as well. A good beginner’s IPA. pantani (1902), Salinas, California, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 30, 2006 Amber body with a thin off white head. Heavy hop aroma ( I love warrior hops), caramel, honey, with a light spiciness. Taste is a dusty hoppiness with an orange zest and grapefruit with some grape accents. fly (1332), austin, Tejas, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Dec 30, 2006 Color me one moody sombeach, and I happened to be in the mood for this. Rather simple and one sided, but I just dug the type of bitterness - at least tonight I did and feel I would enjoy again. Went well with a rainy night and 1955 Bergman classic. moejuck (1165), Ohio, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 28, 2006 Pours dark copper with a nice off-white head. The aroma is not all that great, but sports some floral hop scents. The palate is medium to thin and reveals a one-dimensional flavor of hop bitterness. It finishes dry--and uninspiring. spector (906), Lancaster, Ohio, USA
