Commercial Description:
Brewed only once a year with fresh hops hand-picked in Longmont, CO and Warrior hops straight off the vine from Yakima, WA.
Warrior is brewed using a unique style called “Wet Hopping,” which requires only hops that are no more than a day from the vine. “Wet Hopping” imparts only a mild aroma, but an exceptionally fresh unfiltered hop flavor.

A hazy orange beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of oranges and hops. The flavor is sweet malty with lots of hops and a thin body. Maybe the thinness comes from the rather simple flavor.

Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear amber, dense firm head. Evident grapefruit aroma. Dry with clean mouthfeel and medium body. Really hoppy, though neither the aroma or the bitterness is striking. A solid IPA, but it doesn’t break any new ground, or possess something that distinguishes it from other examples of the style.

Bottle 65cl. @ home.
Light unclear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus, orange, sharp. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and peel bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. [20091118]

Bottle, 6.6%. Quite malty aroma, some caramelly hops. Hazy dark amber colour. Quite caramelly hop flavour, teaish. Some alcohol. The hops are quite rough on my throat but still nice.

cloudy orange, thin fine beige head, nice lace, nice floral hop aroma with sweet caramel malt and a touch of citrus, creamy body, dry caramel malt well balanced with lots of moderately bitter hop flavor from beginning to end leaving a nice bitter finish, as it warms the caramel malt picks up some sweetness and seperates from the bitterness rather than blending with it, a good drinking IPA with lots of character

Hazy dark amber. Decent rocky head. Quality hop nose with lots of wood and kumquat, plus a little cantaloupe. Slightly chewy crystal malt character with an even-handed bitterness. Dry but yet chewy finish has some pleasant berry notes.

Hazy amber color, generous head. The aroma is nice, with hop resins, perfumy, light pink grapefruit, complex and delicate. The mouthfeel is medium, with malt, some caramel, and of course a strong bitterness, aromatic, with resins and pine needles. Good.
