Bomber shared with the Dev Knights- poured an Amber red with small head, not much lacing. Light spice, malts, caramel and some bread. Bit of a dry finish. Average.

22 ounce bottle. Pours a reddish brown color with a thin head. Poor head retention and poor lacing. Aroma of raisin, caramel and toasted malts, Taste is raisin, brown sugar, tea and light spice. Thin bodied and slightly watery. Not very much like a dubbel and though drinkable, not really a very good beer. Disappointing.

Draft. Nice light dark body with nice head. Aroma is light fruit notes. Flavor has an odd malty character but incredibly;y smooth.

Draft pours medium amber with a fruity aroma with some caramel. Tart fruits and overly cloying body. Slight bitterness at the end. Not bad, but seemed to be all over the place.

Bomber. Pours a small white head with fair retention and spotty lace. Clear amber color with a nice red glow. Nose is faint malts, grainy with a slight spiceyness going on. Body is medium thin with a soft carbonation. Medium sweet malt flavors, little caramel, some earthy notes, bit of dark fruitiness, starnge spicey notes, doughy. An almost dry fruity finish thats short lived. Meh. Procured @statelineliquors.

Bottle. Poured honey amber body with a foamy golden head. Aroma was spicy, honey, apricot, citrus, lots of candi sugar, and dark fruits. Flavor was very sweet and spicey, dark fruits, raisin, then a carbonated bite followed by a slightly citric finish. Better than Maredsous 8 to be honest; much more flavor. The only drawback is the amount of carbonation being slightly overdone.
