Wow- this one really surprised me! A great tripel! Really good balance of flavor and body. Alcohol VERY well hidden! Extremely drinkable... watch out! On tap at some Ale House in Farmingdale, Long Island.

22 oz. brown bomber bottle. No freshness date seen. Poured out a golden yellow color, with a small soapy ring of a head. Aromas are corn, diacetyl, Ricola cough drops. Flavors are of a smooth bodied malt liquor. Corn, Ricola cough drops, dishwashing soap make up the flavors. Medium bodied, soapy aftertaste. Back to the drawing board guys.

Bomber purchased at D’vines in Washington, D.C.. Pours clear gold, white head. Aroma is malt, some hops, corn. Flavor is malty, corny, slightly hoppy. Kid of tastes like a strong premium lager. *Not* a fan.

Pours a deep golden orange. Aromas of orange and honeysuckle. Sharp flavors highlight an herbal hop, some strong citrus, and a mellowing, floral middle. Short on the finish, but clean.

650 ml bomber from coldbrewky. Pours a translucent copper color with a big sudsy white head that has good retention. The aroma is that of a trippel with fresh apricots , persimmons and banana esters. The flavor is sweet with raw cane sugar, hazelnuts, and spicy fruits. The palate was a bit on the thin side. The finish was short and clean. Overall: A very easy drinking brew, but it lacks the complexity to compete with the best in its category. A very refreshing beer with no pretentiousness, thanks steve.
