Commercial Description:
Triple H starts off with a brilliant orange color, dense white head with lace work to the last drop. All this comes from 9 different types of malt to back up the impressive 64 IBU hop experience. Six different editions to the kettle with fresh west coast whole flower hops makes triple H a hop lovers dream come true.

decent IPA - but beware: its overly bitter and hoppy, and because of this it is out of balance and even astringent. So I say it’s "decent" because I would drink it again depending on what else is on tap at the pub, but I won’t go out of my way for it. Typical copper-colored body with a white head. Hoppy nose. Only very slightly malty - really the hops dominate all of the beer.

IPA, the old hoppy IPA! On tap at the Bocktown Beer Pub in the Robinson Twp shopping complex. Pours clearish light yellow yellow orange (44000) with an off white head that lasts and lasts. Has a big hoppy arome that is right there in your face. It lets you know you are in for the big fruity grapefruit hop flavor experience. And the aroma is not misleading, from the first taste it is IPA all the way. Hanging bitterness on the bak of your throat and the taste sensations that are similar to chewing a bitter grapefruit rind. Let me say that the finish is hoppy, bitter and hoppy bitter. The carbonation is below average. If you like IPA or double IPA, you better give this a try. My uvula is complaining about the medicinal quality bitterness linger that just will not go away. Tho I am not a fan of IPA, this definitely is a good example of the style.

Tap @ HDG. Pours a clear orange gold with a small head. Aroma is floral and grassy with a caramel sweetness. Flavor is hoppy but not as much as the name would imply. Some fresh apricot flavor as well as orange and piney resin. Not bad but only worth a pint.

Tap - Bridgewater’s – 30 St Train Station – Philly - Deep Amber, thick creamy light tan head. Intense pine nose with hints of earth and a touch of citrus. Rich bitterness up front, fresh hop flavor throughout, and just the faintest hint of sweetness to round it out. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Rockin brew. Not sure why the scores are so low, but to each is own right?

Pours a light copper- gold color, mostly chil haze, and a fluffy lasting white head. Aroma is citrusy, light pine and some grapefruit. Very light malt profile allows tons of hops to come out in the flavor- and finishes very bitter despite the 64 reported IBU’s . Clean and crisp, and relatively easy to drink. Very nice IPA.

Pint on tap at the HDG. Orange? looks yellow to me, can see through the beer as well. Hop filled nose and taste but with a strong tea-like presence. seemed only moderately bitter to me and didnt interfer with the taste. A lighter bodied IPA.

Tap at Hop Devil Grill. Golden colour, thin white head. Hoppy aroma, fairly grassy tasting with notes of citrus and grapefruit. Resiny pine aroma as well. Flavour is fairly fruity, apple with sweet tropical hop notes over a lean malt base.
