bottle courtesy of secret santa! great double ipa, fresh bottle thanks to santa this year! peuitiful pour with a 2 finger orange head. hoppy pine aroma with slight alcohol kick that doesn’t show up in the palate. very drinkable even after 22oz by yourself. a worthy iipa.

Orange/copper pour with a finger’s worth of white head. Aroma is pine hops, a little citrus, big sweet malt kick. Flavor is similar. Hops are not at the forefront, They are there, but in kind of a subdued way. The sweet malt is very forward. Nice beer, but a bit unbalanced.

bottle at pbsmooth’s tasting. golden amber pour. Medium piney hop aroma. Taste was piney with sweet malt balance. Pretty good. Bottle seemed a bit dated, would like to try fresh

Bottle from TexasJeep at the July Houston tasting. Thanks Dave! Pours a thin amber orange with an aroma of pea-infused malt. Flavor is flat, uninspired sour bread. Thin mouthfeel. Not a repeat.

22 oz. Clear amber with a huge meringue head that lasts forever. Aroma of dirty earthy tea leaf, honeycomb and flowers. Taste is a well-blended mix of honey, tea leaf and resin. Orange and wood on the finish as well. Light medium body is smoothly carbonated and dry.

22oz Bottle: Crystal clear amber w/ a small biege head. Toasty malts & piney hops blend together nicely in the aroma. Bready malts hit first followed by big, resiny hops. Bitter for sure, but not over the top. Finish is dry & grapefruity, there is also a nice earthy, spiciness going on...that pleasant warming is starting to hit, alcohol is well hidden until you fell that warmth. The name totally sucked me in...I was taken back to the babysitters house after school :-D

Thanks to drinkndrive for this one. Pours clear gold with foamy off-white head. Nose is caramel, pine, citrus, and floral hops. Nice blend of hops used, and very caramelly sweet. Flavor delivers solid caramel with sweet floral hops, malt, citrus, and grapefruit. Enjoyable overall and a smooth sweet finish to this medium-bodied beer.
